Shipping

Complete bikes are shipped with UPS or FedEx via Bike Flights.  We charge a flat rate depending on the size and weight of each bike. Bikes are professionally packaged to ensure safe travel.  Bikes will require some assembly upon arrival, we recommend going to your local bike shop to have your bike re-assembled.

All non-complete bike shipments are shipped with UPS or FedEx. 

Returns

We have a 7-day money back return policy for complete bikes.  Buyer pays shipping both ways and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
